I want to personally welcome you to the Premier issue of your new local magazine!

After years of studies and research conducted by our staff within the Fitness Clubs and M.M.A. Gyms, we came to realize that the majority of the well intentioned people that sign up for a membership, drop out after a couple of weeks of training, and sometimes even sooner.
The reasons behind this common behavior could be summed in a few points: lack of willpower and motivation, and the lack of knowledge. We all know, that working out regularly, and finding the motivation that inspire us to go to the gym, embracing training as an important factor of a healthy lifestyle is the ticket to a better body and so forth a better image of yourself! But it is a burning desire that comes from within you, and nobody can make that decision, but you.
So, our main goal is to give you the tools, the know-how, that will allow you to achieve your fitness goals, whatever that means to you. Las Vegas Element Fitness is your new guide, a magazine that will fulfill your thirst of knowledge. It’s extremely important to understand that getting fit or to learn how to fight, is not an overnight process, but rather a lifestyle commitment. Having a positive mental attitude, a burning desire, persistence, and a clear vision of what we want to achieve, is what sets who succeeds apart from who doesn’t.
